NEW! Princess Birthday Cake - this would be any girl’s dream cake.  The skirt can be made in any flavour sponge cut into three layers and sandwiched with frosting and covered in sugar paste. The bodice is also covered in sugar paste and then the whole dress is covered with tiny flowers. Finished with a ribbon sash at the waist and in the hair.

The standard dress colour is pink, but it can be made in any colour you like. The dolls are available with blond or

brown hair or with darker skin and black hair. Ideal for birthdays, bridesmaids or proms.

Birthday Layer Cake - sponge layered with frosting in chocolate or vanilla. Topped with sugar paste flowers or sugar paste cutouts of your choice (names, hearts, stars, numbers etc for birthdays) £18.50

Maple and Pecan Layer Cake – a maple and pecan sponge layered with maple syrup frosting, finished with

chopped pecan nuts £18.50

Summer Celebration Cake - an 8” sponge layer cake of your choice fully covered in sugar paste and decorated with roses, blossoms and ribbon - see turquoise cake top right. Can be made in any colour combination £32.00

Luscious Lemon Layer Cake – lemon sponge with homemade lemon curd filling topped with lemon frosting, decorated with handmade sugar paste flowers £18.50

Chocolate Ganache Cake – dark chocolate sponge with unsweetened dark chocolate ganache filling and topping, decorated with handmade sugar paste flowers £18.50

Carrot Cake – a deep, moist carrot cake with pecans, cinnamon, raisins and an orange cream cheese frosting

(this is a large cake and cuts into a minimum of 16 slices) £21.50

All cakes are 8” in diameter with 2 layers of sponge - fillings and toppings as stated below. The cakes are delivered in a white cake box tied with ribbons.

All layer cakes can now be ordered in a 10 inch diameter (enough to feed 20 people) -
